The Göttinger Schriften on Regional History are published by the Institute for Regional History of the University of Göttingen (IHLF). They are dedicated to topics of the history of Lower Saxony and comparative regional history from the early Middle Ages to the 20th century. The series is meant to be a forum for the publication of new research either in anthologies or monographs, also beyond the University of Göttingen.
