dc.description.abstractger	Die transnationale Dimension des Nationalsozialismus hat in der rechtshistorischen Forschung bislang wenig Beachtung gefunden. Mit dem vorliegenden Band werden erstmals Transferprozesse und Verflechtungen vor allem zwischen Juristen NS-Deutschlands und Ungarns, teilweise aber auch darüber hinaus (im Verhältnis zu Österreich, der Slowakei und Japan), in größerem Umfang untersucht. Der thematische Bogen der sechzehn Beiträge ist dabei weit gespannt: So werden etwa der Ausbau wissenschaftlicher Kooperationen und transnationaler kultureller Vernetzungen, die Ausgestaltung bilateraler Rechtsbeziehungen, die Entrechtung der jüdischen Bevölkerung außerhalb Deutschlands, Außenperspektiven auf das NS-Recht sowie deutsche Bemühungen um eine Rechtsharmonisierung im europäischen „Großraum“ in den Blick genommen. Transnational sind aber auch die eingenommenen Perspektiven, denn einzelne Themen (beispielsweise zum NS-Rechtstransfer oder zur Einflussnahme des „Dritten Reiches“ auf deutsche Minderheiten im Ausland mithilfe des NS-Volksgruppenrechts) werden sowohl aus deutscher als auch ungarischer Sicht beleuchtet. Schließlich gibt der Band vielfältige Anregungen für weitere Forschungen auf dem Gebiet einer transnational angelegten Rechtsgeschichte des Nationalsozialismus.	de
dc.description.abstracteng	The transnational dimension of National Socialism has so far received little attention in legal history research. This volume is the first to examine transfer processes and interdependencies on a larger scale, especially between jurists in Nazi Germany and Hungary, but also beyond (in relation to Austria, Slovakia and Japan). The thematic scope of the sixteen articles is broad: For example, the expansion of academic cooperations and transnational cultural networks, the arrangement of bilateral legal relations, the deprivation of rights of the Jewish population outside Germany, external perspectives on Nazi law and German efforts to harmonise the law in the European ‘Großraum’ are examined. Moreover, also the adopted perspectives are transnational, as individual topics (for example, the transfer of Nazi law or the influence of the ‘Third Reich’ on German minorities abroad with the help of Nazi ‘Volksgruppenrecht‘) are examined from both a German and a Hungarian perspective. Finally, the volume provides a variety of suggestions for further research in the field of a transnational legal history of National Socialism.	de
