dc.description.abstractger	Der dritte Band der Reihe versammelt ausgewählte wissenschaftliche Beiträge, die sich mit aktuellen Fragestellungen im Medizin- und Biorecht auseinandersetzen. Die Texte entstanden im Rahmen eines über zwei Semester angelegten Forschungsseminars in Kooperation zwischen der Juristischen Fakultät der Georg-August-Universität und der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen und spiegeln die thematische Vielfalt sowie die dynamische Entwicklung dieses interdisziplinären Fachgebiets wider. Die einzelnen Aufsätze bieten unterschiedliche Perspektiven und laden dazu ein, zentrale Themen kritisch weiterzudenken – darunter Fragen der Notfall- und Intensivmedizin, des Infektionsschutzes, der Selbstbestimmung von Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Problemstellungen im Kontext von Aufklärung, Lebensanfang und Lebensende. Zusammengenommen zeichnen die Beiträge ein facettenreiches Bild der aktuellen Diskussionen an der Schnittstelle von Medizin und Recht.	de
dc.description.abstracteng	The third volume of the series brings together selected academic contributions that address current issues in medical and biolaw. The texts were developed as part of a two-semester research seminar conducted in cooperation between the Faculty of Law at the Georg-August University and the University Medical Center Göttingen, reflecting both the thematic diversity and the dynamic development of this interdisciplinary field. The individual essays offer different perspectives and invite readers to critically engage with key topics—among them questions of emergency and intensive care medicine, infection control, patient autonomy, as well as issues related to informed consent, the beginning of life, and the end of life. Taken together, the contributions present a multifaceted picture of current debates at the intersection of medicine and law.	de
